L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means the body can produce it naturally, but there may be times you’ll need to supplement it. Additionally, glutamine is one of the most abundant and versatile amino acid in the body. Glutamine plays a significant role in promoting your immunity through fueling immune cells like white blood cells.
